Q: What is our service area? A: We service Charlotte and all surrounding areas.
Q: What are your hours of operation? A: Our office hours are Monday through Friday 7am - 7pm. Our Vans run 24/7. If you have after hour needs someone will be available to return your call.
Q: How much notice do I need to give for transportation? A: We ask that you give us 24 to 48 hours notice, but same day sercice is available when the schedule permits.
Q: Can I ride along with the patient? A: Of course, one person can ride along at no additional charge.
